Types of license

The client can only use the design for the purpose he purchased it for.

For any other purposes and use, genezic claims all rights. Your rights to use a design are subject to this license agreement and are conditioned upon your payment to genezic for your use of the designs.

STANDARD

By choosing this license, genezic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use and reproduce designs in the following ways, subject to the limitations below:

  • Reproduction/copy/print of all designs is limited to 250.000 copies
  • Displaying the design/image on web sites is limited to a resolution of 800x600 pixels
  • The design/image can not be used or displayed on websites or in connection with any service designed to sell "print on demand" products using or incorporating the design
  • The design/image can not be used in association to pornographic, immoral, offensive materials, or in a manner that violates/restraints a third party’s intellectual property.
  • You are not allowed to resell, redistribute or transfer the design/image
  • You are not allowed to use the design/image in relation to any reselling or redistributing service
  • You are not allowed to use or display the design in such a way as to suggest that you or a third party are the creators of the design, and not the holder of the copyright.
  • You are not allowed to modify or integrate the design into another concept/project

All logo projects are subject to the standard license and have all rights of use.

Free designs offered for weekly download are subject to the standard license.

EXTENDED

By choosing this license, you benefit from the following rights, in addition to the ones offered by the standard license:

  • Reproduction/copy/print of all designs without limitations regarding the number of copies
  • Printing the design/image on paper/canvas/plastic to be used as decoration either of your house, office, public places, or for reselling/redistributing
  • You are allowed to modify or integrate the design into another concept/project
  • You are allowed to use the design/image in relation to any reselling/redistributing service, with the condition that the final product contains a word association together with the design, and the design itself is not the main subject of the sale.

ALL RIGHTS

If you wish to use the designs/images in more ways than the ones listed here, we advise you to choose the „All rights” license, which offers you all rights of use for the purchased design.
